The Primate of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, The Most Rev’d Dr. Henry C. Ndukuba on Friday 19th of July inaugurated the Local Organising committee of the maiden health summit of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion with a charge to rise up to the holistic Ministry of the church in terms of health that is aimed towards touching the lives of many.

Archbishop Ndukuba noted that the healthcare is not only about physical health emphasizing other care as touching spiritual, the mental, the psychological, the emotional, and even food as part of the Church’s ministry. He reminded them that Jesus not only taught and preached, he also fed the hunger and so we are talking of holistic healthcare and my prayer is that the Lord will help the Church to rise up to the holistic Ministry of the Gospel which Jesus has commanded us to do.
