All roads lead to the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, Lagos Tuesday morning as the Archbishop of the Ecclesiastical Province of Lagos, Most Revd, Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye and his wife, Prof. Motunrayo Funke (Mama Lagos) devote a three-fold thanksgiving service to God in the celebration of Clerical promotion and presentation to the Church as an Archbishop, Golden Jubillee anniversary birthday of amiable Mama Lagos and twenty-five years of marital consummation.
The elated Archbishop describes the occasion as “a unique, timely and strategic event designed to holistically thank our Ever Living and Ever Faithful God firstly, for His immeasurable gifts and blessings bestowed upon us for our Elevation and gift of service, secondly, for my wife, for the gift of life and preservation and thirdly, for the gift of a blissful and Godly home (25 years of Divinely guided and blessed marriage). We are a testimony of His goodness and mercy”.
The event kicked off at 11: 00 am at the Cathedral, Marina and will be followed by a reception at the Habour Point, Wilmot Road, Victoria Island.
