The Federal Government has cautioned Nigerians to be careful during this COVID-19 pandemic era, adding that vaccines will not be available until 2021. The National Industrial Court in Abuja has ordered members of the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) to immediately end their industrial action which started on September 7, 2020. Governor Nasir El-Rufai, has signed the Kaduna State Penal Code (Amendment) Law 2020 for surgical castration for male rapists and bilateral salpingectomy for their female counterparts in the State. The amendment also updates the penalties for the offence of the rape of a child.
