Specific Requirements for Position (a):
- A seasoned male Anglican communicant.
- Degree in Education from a recognized university.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years post-graduate teaching experience in secondary school plus at least, 5 years as a Principal in a Mission (Anglican),
Unity or Private School.
Specific Requirements for Positions (b) and (c):
- Degree in Education from a recognized university.
- Minimum of ten (10) years post-graduate teaching experience in secondary school plus at least, 3 years as a Vice Principal in an International School.
General Requirements for Positions (a), (b) and (c): - A proven record of achievement in school management and administration.
- Evidence of active involvement in co- and extra-curricular activities.
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Good inter-personal and organizational skills.
- Ready to guide and monitor the implementation of an innovative and wide-ranging curriculum and the formulation of all policies (academic and administrative) appropriate for a school of international standard.
(d) and (e) Teachers and Guidance Counsellor:
- A degree in education in the relevant discipline with not less than 3 years post-primary teaching experience.
- Computer Literacy.
- Possession of Teachers’ Registration Council Certificate
- High ethical standards with a passion for excellence.
- Sufficient adolescent supervisory skills.
- Personable with strong oral and written communication skills.
Others (f-l): Relevant qualification and skills with proof of experience and expertise.
