20 Ways To Demonstrate Love For God’s Church
[1] Pray regularly for the Church and its leaders.
“Pray without ceasing.” (1 Thessalonians 5:17)
[2] Attend services faithfully and punctually.
“Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another…” (Hebrews 10:25)
[3] Serve with your time, talents, and spiritual gifts.
“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” (1 Peter 4:10)
[4] Give generously and cheerfully to the Church’s needs.
“So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.” (2 Corinthians 9:7)
[5] Speak positively about the Church and protect its reputation.
“Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification…” (Ephesians 4:29)
[6] Forgive others and seek peace within the Church family.
“And be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.” (Ephesians 4:32)
[7] Welcome and care for newcomers and visitors warmly.

[19] Celebrate and thank God for the Church’s victories and progress.

[20] Love the members sacrificially, not just in words but in actions.
