Dunsin Oyekan’s hit single, “Judah,” has inspired a seven-day devotional study plan on the YouVersion Bible app. The gospel artist shared the exciting news with his followers on Instagram, inviting them to explore the devotional.

He wrote, “Over the next 7 days, we’ll uncover the supernatural power of praise. Through examples from both the Old and New Testaments, we’ll witness how God guided His people to wield this powerful weapon. Prepare to understand how praise leads to breakthroughs, strengthens your faith, and aligns you with God’s purpose.”

The nine-minute worship anthem debuted at The Experience 2024 before its official release on January 3, 2025. It quickly gained momentum, sparking a viral dance challenge on social media.

The devotional, titled “Judah: The Mysteries of Praise,” was developed by Integrity Music, a globally recognized gospel music label. It’s now available for free on YouVersion, which boasts over 100 million downloads on the Google Play Store. In introducing the study plan, YouVersion highlighted the theme of praise as a spiritual weapon: “In this 7-day devotional, Dunsin Oyekan explores the mysteries of praise as the believer’s weapon. Through Old and New Testament examples, you’ll be encouraged to wield this weapon in both joyful and challenging times. A special thank you to Integrity Music for providing this plan.”

Fans and fellow gospel artists expressed their enthusiasm in the comments section of Dunsin’s post.

@heyasmee commented: “Such a beautiful devotional. I’ve already started it.”

@psalmistrebecka said: “Wow!! Amazing. Glory to God and congratulations. Just started it now, and it’s powerful. The only thing missing is your voice on the audible devotional.”

@kiddozklozet shared: “God is calling us to praise this February. It’s no coincidence that this devotional is released during the same month as the Hallelujah Challenge, and on NSPPD, Pastor Jerry has asked us to bring our instruments of praise to the altar daily in February.”
