President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday injected fresh vigour into efforts by his administration to combat insurgency, banditry and other forms of criminality with the appointment of new service chiefs. Afrobeat singer, Seun Kuti has condemned the reopening of schools by the Nigerian government amid the second wave of coronavirus. Governors of the South-West have agreed to ban all forms of open and night grazing across states within the region. This resolve was reached on Monday at a meeting between governors from the South-West region and the leadership of the Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association (MACBAN).
