CFC put an absolute fight to beat host Customs 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-14)
CFC faced a tough challenge from NCS. The crowd, though, had already adopted the NCS women in this match, even before the first ball was played! Of course, the fans cheered for all great plays by both teams, but it was clear whose side they were on. After a tough battle, CFC ran away with the first set 25-18.
Set two saw much of the same from both teams – CFC dominating, and some good playing actions from NCS, but not enough from the host to get beyond nineteen points for the set. CFC win 25-19.
NCS showed their determination in the 3rd set, taking some critical points, much to the crowd’s delight. This match had the best support of the day, with an exciting crowd. They loved every minute of the game as CFC sealed it 25-14
