Bello Turji’s Ally Killed in Nigerian Army Airstrike

A close ally of notorious terrorist leader Bello Turji has been killed by the Nigerian Army during an air operation in Sokoto State.


The air component of Operation Fasin Yama conducted a strike near Tunfa Primary School in the Isa Local Government Area, targeting a gathering of terrorists.


The man identified as Alhaji Shaudo Alku was among those killed in the strike.


Alhaji Shaudo Alku, who was reportedly invited from Niger Republic for a meeting with other terrorist figures, was among those killed in the military strike.


Military sources confirmed that the airstrike resulted in the deaths of several other fighters and commanders.


This operation is part of a broader strategy aimed at weakening the network of armed groups responsible for the ongoing unrest in the region.

Bello Turji Kachalla popularly known as Turji, is a notorious Nigerian terrorist and bandit leader operating in North-western Nigeria, particularly Zamfara, Sokoto and Niger states.
