Prince Dapo Abiodun, Governor of Ogun State has commended the Anglican Church for the work of faith.
He disclosed this at the 16th Synod of Egba Diocese, Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) with the theme, “Thou Shall Have No Other God but Me.”
Governor Abiodun called on religious leaders in the State to play a very good role in ensuring a better society through their messages on the pulpit, while on their part, promising to continue providing a conducive atmosphere that would ensure individual prosperity and spiritual growth for the people of Ogun State.
He was received by the Bishop of Egba, Rt Rev Emmanuel Adekunle, Ph.D., and other top Clergy and delegates.
