A young man, Joseph Mark has been arrested by men of the Osun State Command for allegedly killing his mother Christiana Marks (62).
Joseph who is student of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko has confessed to the crime at the State Police Command when he (Joseph) was paraded by the police.
The incident which occurred on Sunday 3rd December 2017 at No. 25, Zone 5, Ajetomobi street, Â Eko-Ende road, Â Ikirun in Ifelodun local government area of Osun State.
The suspect who was said to be insane was alleged to have committed the dastardly act shortly after his father, Adewale Marks left the house to visit his friend at the next street.
The suspect was said to have used cutlass to severe the head of his mother and other parts of the body.
