More revelations have emerged over the killing of 16 soldiers in the Okuama community, Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State by some alleged youths. James Cleverly, the Home Secretary of the United Kingdom, has expressed concerns that foreign students might be utilizing university courses as a cost-effective route to secure work visas.
