Pentecostal Christians from across Nigeria will gather in Abuja for a three-day conference marking the 40th anniversary of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN). The biennial event, scheduled for February 12–14, will take place at the Glory Dome, the 100,000-seater auditorium of Dunamis International Gospel Centre.
Announcing the event on Sunday, Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Paul Enenche, emphasized the significance of the gathering, calling it a moment of spiritual renewal and unity for Pentecostal believers.
Founded in 1985, PFN serves as the umbrella body for Pentecostal churches in Nigeria and is one of the five blocs of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), alongside the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria (CSN), Christian Council of Nigeria (CCN), Organisation of African Instituted Churches (OAIC), and Evangelical Church Winning All/Fellowship of Churches of Christ in Nigeria.
The conference, endorsed by PFN President Wale Oke, will feature a lineup of renowned Pentecostal leaders as speakers and ministers, including Enoch Adeboye (RCCG), David Oyedepo (Winners Chapel), William Kumuyi (Deeper Life), Daniel Olukoya (MFM), Ayo Oritsejafor (Word of Life Bible Church), Mike Okonkwo (TREM), Margaret Idahosa (CGM), David Ibiyomie (Salvation Ministries), and many others.
Adding to the spiritual atmosphere, the event will also feature worship sessions led by celebrated gospel artists such as Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Solomon Lange, and Prospa Ochimana.
In preparation for the conference, the Glory Dome has undergone significant renovations to accommodate the thousands expected to attend. Mr. Enenche encouraged Pentecostal Christians nationwide to be part of the gathering, emphasizing its importance.
“This is a great blessing for all. It will be a week of divine encounters,” he said.
To facilitate the conference, the church’s regular Wednesday power communion service has been moved to Tuesday.
