The Archbishop, Metropolitan, and Primate of All Nigeria (Anglican Communion), The Most Rev’d Dr. Henry C. Ndukuba, has urged members of the Boys Brigade to remain steadfast in the Word of God, emphasizing that the future of the Anglican Communion, the Church, and the nation lies in their hands.
Speaking in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on the first day of the 2025 Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion) Standing Committee Meeting at St. Cyprian’s Anglican Church, 50B Hospital Road, Port Harcourt, Primate Ndukuba highlighted the importance of young men and women staying rooted in God.
He encouraged the Boys Brigade to uphold obedience to the Church and civil authorities, stressing that their mission aligns with Christ’s mandate, which, when followed, will positively impact society.
“The Church is dedicated to nurturing young men and women into future leaders who will drive positive change in the nation,” he stated.
The Primate further emphasized that none of this could be achieved without deep engagement in Bible study.
He also prayed for divine strength and blessings upon all Boys Brigade members, patrons, and supporters contributing to the Church’s growth.
To honor his visit, Primate Ndukuba, his wife, and entourage were warmly welcomed with flowers and a vibrant march-past display.
