The Primate of the Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, His Grace, Most Rev Henry Ndukuba at the grand finale of the 2022 Joshua Generation International Youth Conference commissioned eight strategic follow-up areas for the youths in the bid to set the youth to take over the mountains of influence.
He noted that the Joshua Generation International Youth Conference is an intentional holistic mission to the youth of the entire Church. This strategic follow-up is an action plan to guide the process of possessing the Seven Mountains of influence as Sons of God in this Generation.
The Eight strategic areas of focus are:

- Intentional Discipleship
- Empowerment through Agriculture and Skill Acquisition
- Sports: Football Team
- Music
- Movie and Film Production Team
- Overseas Study Career Mentorship
- Political Mobilization

There will immediate engagement and training for 4 weeks with field experience reaching out to unreached and unengaged peoples groups/ areas and immigrant ministries.

Intentional Discipleship
The participants at JGIYC 2022 will be reached out to by the weekend of Friday 6th May, 2022 by the Diocesan Youth Coordinators of each Diocese. The respondents will be taking through the Introduction and understanding Discipleship as a way of life and process of becoming like Jesus in Manifesting as the Sons and Daughters of God.

Empowerment through Agriculture and Skill Acquisition
The goal is to teach the young people to catch fish and not give fish. It is a human capital development for the purpose of raising Christian Entrepreneurs that will possess the Mountain of Economic.

Sports: Football Team
This is aimed at the formation of a National Football team by harnessing the latent gifting and talents in the skills of football. It will be a deliberate grassroots mobilization beginning from Parishes to the Province.

Music
This is aimed at engaging as well as channeling the young people’s energy into productive God-fearing endeavours that will redound unto beneficial output, both in terms of finances as well as a strategy for being a witness for Christ through Setting up a Gospel Music Academy for youths, Songwriting and Voice training and Music production etc.

Movie and Film Production Team
The Church of Nigeria is blessed with a high population of youths the incorporation of films and drama under the JGIYC will enable the gifted youths can use their talents, as Christian film and drama ministers.

Overseas Study Career Mentorship
This program will be a vehicle, a link and a channel to help our young pursue their dreams in a godly and well-guided manner. In a globalized world, Studying overseas can be a promising edge to raising mission-minded global youths.

Political Mobilization
We need to be actively involved in the polity and political sphere of our nation. This will be a deliberate effort to raise mission-minded Christian politicians who will true Churchman with integrity.
