The ACNN is registered as a Trust by the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion). It is run by a Board of Management approved by the Primate. The Board gives bi-annual report to the Standing Committee of the Church.

Medical Practioner, retired from public service as a Group Executive Director of NNPC, after a professional career which saw him rise to and serve as the head of Medical services for several years, He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London (Faculty of Occupational Medicine), and Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria.
She is a Professional Journalist. She worked in Several Newspapers and Magazines in Nigeria including: The Sketch, Daily Times, The Observer etc. She reached the Pinnacle of her Career as Editor of the Sunday Observer, a National Weekly; and was best known for her Column – Feminine Scope.
Serving as the General Manager is a Telecoms, Multimedia and Broadcast engineer, who has previously served at Huawei Technologies Abuja, Nigerian Television Authority in Ibadan, Supported in building some religious Televisions across the ccountry, Diocesan media and communicator, Diocese of Lokoja and a pioneering staff of the ACNN TV rising from being a Transmission Engineer to Production Head and now the General Manager for over 4 years now.
She Is a Broadcast Marketer with the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria.
She had worked as a News Reporter with the Plateau Radio Television Corporation, Jos as well as with the Defunct MTEL.
