Sources told our correspondent on Monday that the aircraft took off from Kaduna en route to Minna, the Niger state capital when the incident occurred. Nigeria has emerged as third best in Africa and 28th globally in the EF English Proficiency Index ranking. The Nation learnt the ranking was for countries classified as non-native English speaking. The widening gap between the demand and supply of dollars in the banks and at the parallel market has continued to worsen the value of the naira, news correspondents have revealed.
