The Department of Development Control, Federal Capital Territory Administration, has set up a seven-man committee for the prevention of building collapse in the nation’s capital. The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Egbetokun has ordered a clampdown on assailants who murdered about eight security operatives in Imo State on Tuesday. Yet to be identified gunmen on Tuesday attacked and murdered some security operatives, including police, military and officers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC in the Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.
