Ethiopia has granted the United Nations access to deliver aid to the northern region of Tigray, following weeks of lobbying amid military operations there, according to an agreement seen by AFP on Wednesday. Although details of the arrest remain sketchy security sources confirmed to Channels Television that he has was arrested in the Niger Republic.
