Aims
To study how ignorance of the Scriptures can hinder the spiritual growth of a believer.
Introduction
Ignorance of the scripture simply means lack of knowledge or information about the salvation in the Bible. Our text exposed us to the ignorance of the Ethiopian who was reading a passage he didn’t understand. The exposition of Philip imparts a conviction for him to be baptised and thus became a Christian. Ignorance of the Scripture is capable of retarding the spiritual growth of believers on their way to the kingdom of God.
