*Aims*
to discuss the concept of purity as related to heart and
to identify the blessings attached to purity in heart
*Introduction*
A man’s heart is the centre of his life; it is the organ that gives him direction and will, stimulates his purpose and controls his actions.To be pure means to be blameless, without corruption, clean and without hypocritical behaviour. Purity of the heart therefore connotes absolute and uncompromising desire to please God. The Bible passage today affirms those who can ascend into the presence of God as only those with “clean hands, and a pure heart” because a pure heart can never ponder on vanity and deceit. As we go into our study guides, we shall discover the habits from pure hearts and the blessings of God on them.
