Governor of Plateau State, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Gershinen Paul Dajur on his birthday and his recent consecration as Bishop of the Keffi-Karshi Missionary Diocese of the Anglican Communion.
