The Nigeria Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress have denied receiving a court order restraining them from embarking on the ongoing indefinite nationwide strike. The President of the Trade Union Congress, Festus Osifo, disclosed this on Wednesday during an interview with Channels Television. According to him, NLC and TUC did not receive any notice of a court order restraining it from embarking on strike. We don’t have any court order; NLC and TUC have none.
